By using MySmartAds, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
MySmartAds provides AI-powered video ad generation and campaign management tools. You may only use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content generated and campaigns launched using your account.
You must comply with Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat advertising policies when using MySmartAds to launch campaigns. You are solely responsible for ensuring your ads comply with applicable platform policies and laws.
Credits are consumed upon video generation. Unused credits on subscription plans expire at the end of each billing period. Credit packs never expire. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
You may not use MySmartAds to create misleading, fraudulent, or illegal advertising content. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the service without written permission.
MySmartAds is provided as-is. We are not liable for ad campaign performance, platform bans, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.
