We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email), usage data (pages visited, features used), and payment information processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
We use your information to provide and improve MySmartAds services, process payments, send important account notifications, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
When you connect Meta or TikTok ad accounts, we access only the permissions you grant (ads_management scope). We use this solely to create and manage campaigns on your behalf. We never access personal data from your ad audiences.
Your data is stored on secure servers (Neon PostgreSQL, AWS). OAuth tokens for ad platforms are encrypted at rest. We use industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
We use Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Neon for database, and Vercel for hosting. Each service has its own privacy policy. We use OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and HeyGen for AI video generation.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@mysmartads.com. You can disconnect ad accounts from your dashboard at any time.
